Crispy Bruschetta with Avocado, Ricotta & Mushrooms
A fresh, hearty, and flavorful breakfast to kickstart your day!

1 slice of bruschetta bread (or any crusty bread)
1/2 avocado, mashed
2 tbsp ricotta cheese
1/2 small tomato, sliced
3-4 button mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste


Place the bruschetta bread in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 1 minute until crispy.
Alternatively, toast it in a pan or oven.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté sliced mushrooms for 3-4 minutes until golden and tender.
Season with salt and black pepper.

Spread mashed avocado over the crispy bread.
Add a layer of creamy ricotta.
Place sliced tomatoes on top.
Finish with the cooked mushrooms.

Sprinkle with extra black pepper or drizzle with olive oil for more flavor.
