Crispy Canned Chicken Nuggets (Freezer-Friendly & Air Fryer Ready)
Ingredients:

1 can (12.5 oz) canned chicken breast, drained well

1 egg

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like)

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste
For coating (after freezing):

1 egg, beaten

Crushed pork rinds (or any low-carb/regular breadcrumb coating)
Instructions:

Prep the mixture:

In a bowl, mix the well-drained canned chicken, 1 egg, shredded cheese, and seasonings.

Stir until fully combined and mixture holds together.

Shape & freeze:

Form into nugget shapes (about 1 to 1.5 inch wide).

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 1–2 hours until firm (or overnight).

Coat the nuggets:

Once frozen solid, dip each nugget in the beaten egg, then coat with crushed pork rinds (or breadcrumbs).

Air fry to crispy perfection:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
