  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter OR coconut oil
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

1️⃣ Activate the Yeast

  • In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast.
  • Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

2️⃣ Prepare the Batter

  • In another bowl, whisk egg, vanilla, and melted butter.
  • Add the yeast mixture and mix.

3️⃣ Heat the Oil

  • In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
