Fruit-Filled Coffee Cake Recipe

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan or springform pan.
2️⃣ Make the Cake Batter
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla & sour cream.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in apples, blueberries, and peaches.
3️⃣ Prepare the Crumb Topping
- Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Stir in melted butter until crumbs form.
4️⃣ Assemble & Bake
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
