Green Detox Juice 

Ingredients:
1 green apple, cored and sliced 

1/2 cucumber, sliced 

2 stalks celery, chopped 

1 handful spinach leaves 

1 small bunch parsley or cilantro 

1/2 lime, juiced 

2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced 

1/2 to 1 cup cold water or coconut water 

Instructions:
Wash all ingredients thoroughly to remove dirt and pesticides. Use a veggie brush for the cucumber, celery, and apple if needed.
Prepare the produce:
Slice the cucumber and apple into small chunks.
Roughly chop the celery.
Peel and slice the ginger.
Juice the lime.
Add everything into a blender:
Spinach, cucumber, celery, green apple, ginger, parsley (or cilantro), lime juice, and water. Start with 1/2 cup water and add more as needed for consistency.
Blend until smooth:
Blend on high for about 1–2 minutes, or until the juice is completely smooth and vibrant green in color.
Strain (optional):
If you prefer a thinner juice, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a glass.
Serve immediately:
Pour into a chilled glass bottle or cup. Enjoy it cold for maximum refreshment.
