𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 cup steamed or roasted broccoli
1/2 cup sliced cooked beets
1/2 cucumber, sliced
A few leaves of green leaf lettuce
👨‍🍳 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Grill the Chicken:
Rub chicken breast with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
Prep the Veggies:
Steam broccoli until tender-crisp, about 3–4 minutes. Slice cucumber and beets thinly.
Assemble the Plate:
On a large plate, lay down a bed of lettuce. Arrange grilled chicken, broccoli, cucumber, and beet slices in sections for a visually stunning and nutrient-rich plate.
