✅ 25g dried plums
✅ Zest of 1 lemon
✅ 1 tsp ground ginger
✅ 20g sesame seeds
✅ 35g dark chocolate (sugar-free)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
- Finely chop or blend the walnuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds in a food processor.
- Add the sesame seeds and mix.
2️⃣ Blend the Fruit Mix:
- In the same processor, add dates, dried apricots, and dried plums. Blend until a sticky paste forms.
3️⃣ Combine Everything:
- Mix the nut-seed blend with the fruit paste.
