Lemon Piña Colada recipe for you to enjoy
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1/2 cup white rum (optional, or you can use coconut rum for an extra tropical flavor)
- 1 cup ice cubes (more if you want it extra cold)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, depending on your sweetness preference)
- Pineapple slices and lemon wedges for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: If you’re using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks. Squeeze the lemon to extract the fresh juice.
