🥙 Marinade & Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1″ cubes

  • Marinade:

    • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

    • Juice of 1–2 lemons (≈3 Tbsp)

    • 3–4 garlic cloves, minced

    • 1 Tbsp dried oregano (or 1 Tbsp fresh)

    • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley (fresh)

    • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

    • ½ tsp ground cumin (optional, earthy touch)

    • Salt & pepper to taste

    • Wooden or metal skewers (soak wood 30 min)
