1 egg (for binding)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

  1. Grate the zucchini and potatoes, then squeeze out excess water using a towel.
  2. Grate the carrot and onion, then finely chop the parsley.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all the grated veggies with salt, pepper, garlic powder, egg, and flour/breadcrumbs.
