Shrimp & Spinach Stuffed Shells ![]()

Ingredients:
12 jumbo pasta shells
1/2 lb shrimp, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup marinara sauce
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Boil shells until tender, then cool ![]()
Sauté shrimp, garlic, and spinach in a pan for 3–4 mins ![]()

Combine with ricotta and season ![]()

Fill each shell with shrimp mixture and place in a baking dish
Pour marinara over top, sprinkle mozzarella, and bake at 375°F for 15 mins ![]()
