Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs

  • A pinch of salt
  • 120g sugar (about 2/3 cup)
  • 120ml oil (about 1/2 cup)
  • 120ml milk (about 1/2 cup)
  • 220g all-purpose flour (about 1 cup + 3/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 50g jam (choose your favorite variety)
  • 50g walnuts, chopped
  • Baking dish: 24 cm round (9-inch round)

Directions:
