-Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped

Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup water
Honey or natural sweetener (optional)

1.Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash and peel the carrots and turmeric root. Chop into small pieces.
Cut the pineapple into chunks, removing the skin and core.
Squeeze the juice from one lemon.
