These creamy and indulgent freakshakes bring the flavors of a classic raspberry cheesecake into a fun, over-the-top milkshake!
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup raspberry puree (yellow raspberries if available)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Whipped cream, for topping
Crushed graham crackers, for garnish
Fresh raspberries (yellow if available), for garnish
Instructions:
Make the Shake Base:
In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, softened cream cheese, raspberry puree, and granulated sugar.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
