🥩🍕 Strict Carnivore “War on Carbs” Pizza

Zero-carb | High-fat | Protein-packed | Carnivore

🍽️ Serves: 1–2

⏱️ Total Time: 20–25 minutes

🧾 Ingredients

🔸 Crust:

  • 3 oz cream cheese (softened in the microwave)

  • 1/2 cup pork panko (or crushed pork rinds)

  • 1 egg yolk (optional – helps bind but not necessary)

  • Pinch of salt (Redmond’s real salt recommended)

🔸 Toppings:

  • 1/2 – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Boar’s Head turkey pepperoni, bacon, sausage, or any pure meat topping

  • Optional additions:

    • More cheese

    • Dollop of beef tallow or bone marrow post-bake

    • Small spoonful of whipped cream cheese after baking (adds creaminess)

🔪 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  2. Make the Crust:

    • Soften cream cheese in a small bowl (about 30 seconds in the microwave).

    • Stir in pork panko and optional egg yolk until a thick dough forms.

    • Form into a tennis ball-sized dough ball, place it on a parchment-lined oven-safe pan or small cast iron.

    • Flatten it into a pizza crust shape (about 1/4″ thick, round or rectangle).

  3. Bake the Crust:

    • Bake the crust at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, until golden and set.

  4. Add Toppings:

    • Layer with mozzarella cheese and your favorite meat toppings.

    • Optional: drizzle with bacon grease or tallow for extra fat and flavor.

  5. Bake Again:

    • Return to the oven and bake for another 5–8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Optional Broil:

    • Broil on high for 1–2 minutes to crisp the top — watch closely!

  7. Let It Rest:

    • Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes to firm up.

  8. Serve:

    • Slice and devour as-is, or top with butter, whipped cream cheese, or a little melted bone marrow for carnivore luxury.

💡 Tips:

  • For a dairy-free version: skip cheese, and top with layered meats, eggs, or bone marrow.

  • You can double the recipe and make a larger pizza for meal prep.

  • This is even good cold from the fridge the next day. No shame.
