🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🍶 ½ cup ricotta cheese
🧂 ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
🍋 1 small lemon, thinly sliced (seeds removed)
🌶️ ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
🧅 1 small shallot, thinly sliced
🌿 1 small handful fresh basil leaves
🧂 Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

🔥 Pizza stone or baking sheet
📜 Parchment paper (if not using a stone)
🔪 Pizza cutter

1. 🔥 Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it inside and heat for 30 minutes.
2. 🍞 Stretch the dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface. Transfer to parchment if not using a stone.
3. 🫒 Drizzle olive oil over the dough and spread evenly.
4. 🧀 Sprinkle mozzarella, then add dollops of ricotta.
5. 🧂 Add parmesan, followed by shallots and lemon slices.
6. 🌶️ Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
