Carnivore Bacon Cheese Muffins
Ingredients:

8 large eggs

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 6-8 slices)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your choice of cheese) 
- 
1/4 cup heavy cream 
- 
1/2 tsp baking powder (optional, for a fluffier texture)

1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional, for flavor)

Salt and pepper to taste 
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with butter or oil.

Prepare the bacon: Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop or crumble it into small pieces. 
- 
Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream together until fully combined. 
- 
Add the dry ingredients: Stir in the baking powder, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper. 
- 
Add cheese and bacon: Fold in the shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. 
- 
Fill the muffin tin: Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling them almost to the top.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
