Carnivore Burger Buns
A soft, zero-carb burger bun made entirely from animal products, perfect for those on the carnivore diet. These buns are gluten-free, easy to make, and versatile enough for burgers, sandwiches, or as a side dish.

Ingredients:
3 Eggs (separated) 🥚
Block of Cream Cheese 🧀
3 tbsp Egg White Powder 🏋️
1 tsp White Vinegar 🍶
1 tbsp Unflavored Beef Gelatin 🐄
2 1/2 tbsp Butter (melted) 🧴
1/3 tsp Baking Soda 🧂
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, egg yolks, beef gelatin, egg white powder, melted butter, and vinegar.
  • Whisk egg whites with baking soda until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Brush a silicone burger bun pan with butter or tallow. Fill the pan with the mixture.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Leave the buns in the oven with the door slightly open for 10 more minutes.

  • Leave space in the bun pan for expansion.
  • Ensure the mixtures are well combined for a smooth, fluffy texture.
