Carnivore Burger Buns
A soft, zero-carb burger bun made entirely from animal products, perfect for those on the carnivore diet. These buns are gluten-free, easy to make, and versatile enough for burgers, sandwiches, or as a side dish.
Ingredients:
3 Eggs (separated)
Block of Cream Cheese
3 tbsp Egg White Powder
1 tsp White Vinegar
1 tbsp Unflavored Beef Gelatin
2 1/2 tbsp Butter (melted)
1/3 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, egg yolks, beef gelatin, egg white powder, melted butter, and vinegar.

Whisk egg whites with baking soda until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.

Brush a silicone burger bun pan with butter or tallow. Fill the pan with the mixture.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15 minutes.

Leave the buns in the oven with the door slightly open for 10 more minutes.
