Carnivore Lasagna
Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef

1 lb ground pork (optional for extra flavor)

1 tsp Redmond’s salt

1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup ricotta or cream cheese

2 large eggs
-
½ cup heavy cream
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brown the ground beef and pork in a pan, seasoning with salt and garlic powder. Drain excess grease.

In a bowl, mix ricotta (or cream cheese) with eggs and heavy cream to create a creamy layer.

In a baking dish, layer half the meat, then half the ricotta mixture, followed by a generous sprinkle of mozzarella.

Repeat the layers, finishing with Parmesan on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
