Carnivore Steak Bites with Butter

Ingredients:
- 1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your favorite cut)
- 2 tbsp butter (or beef tallow for extra richness)
- Salt (to taste)
Optional (if you’re flexible):
- 1 clove garlic, minced (omit for strict carnivore)
- Crushed crispy beef fat (for texture & flavor)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep the Steak
- Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes.
- Season generously with salt.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak Bites
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until very hot.
- Add 1 tbsp butter (or tallow) and let it melt.
- Toss in the steak bites, spreading them out in a single layer.
- Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp more butter (and optional minced garlic).
- Stir for 30 seconds until melted and fragrant.
4️⃣ Coat & Serve
- Toss the steak bites back into the pan and coat them in the buttery goodness.
- Serve immediately, optionally topping with crushed beef fat for extra crunch.
