Ingredients:

  • Vegetables:
    • 2 yellow peppers (diced)
    • 1 red pepper (diced)
    • 2 green peppers (diced)
  • Dough:
    • 1.5 cups warm water (300 ml)
    • ½ cup vegetable oil (100 ml)
    • 1 tablespoon dry yeast (10 grams)
    • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (20 grams)
    • 4 cups flour (480 grams)
    • 1 teaspoon salt (8 grams)
  • Cheese:
    • 150 grams braided cheese (or mozzarella)
    • 150 grams cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
    • Add vegetable oil, flour, and salt. Knead until a soft dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  2. Shape the Dough:
    • Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
    • Divide the dough into small equal portions. Flatten them into mini pizza bases and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  3. Add Toppings:
    • Sprinkle the braided cheese and cheddar cheese evenly over each dough piece.
    • Distribute the diced peppers evenly on top.
  4. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve & Enjoy!
    • Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with tea or coffee!

Tips for Success:

  • Use room temperature ingredients for a better dough texture.
  • Let the dough rise properly for fluffy mini pizzas.
  • You can customize toppings with olives, mushrooms, or cooked chicken.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for freshness.
