Homemade Mini Cheese & Pepper Pizzas

Ingredients:
- Vegetables:
- 2 yellow peppers (diced)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 2 green peppers (diced)
- Dough:
- 1.5 cups warm water (300 ml)
- ½ cup vegetable oil (100 ml)
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast (10 grams)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (20 grams)
- 4 cups flour (480 grams)
- 1 teaspoon salt (8 grams)
- Cheese:
- 150 grams braided cheese (or mozzarella)
- 150 grams cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add vegetable oil, flour, and salt. Knead until a soft dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Shape the Dough:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Divide the dough into small equal portions. Flatten them into mini pizza bases and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Add Toppings:
- Sprinkle the braided cheese and cheddar cheese evenly over each dough piece.
- Distribute the diced peppers evenly on top.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve & Enjoy!
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with tea or coffee!
