Mediterranean Salted Tiramisu: Sun, Freshness & Deliciousness in Every Spoon!
Let yourself be seduced by this savory version of tiramisu: fresh, melty, scented with basil… A real summer concentrate in the mouth! Ideal for your seasonal appetizers or buffets.
Ingredients:
250 g of mascarpone
3 well ripe tomatoes
2 mozzarella di bufala balls
10 cl whole liquid cream
1 clove of garlic ‘
1 c. pesto basil soup
8 salty cookies (TUC type or nature crackers)
Some fresh basil leaves
Sel, poivre

Preparation:

Wash and dice tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and then cut it into small pieces.
Creation of cream
Mix mascarpone, liquid cream, finely chopped garlic and pesto. Salt, pepper and whip slightly until it gets a smooth texture.

Smash saltine cookies into the bottom of every glass Add a layer of tomatoes, a layer of mozzarella, then a layer of mascarpone cream. Repeat if necessary.

Add a fillet of olive oil, a few tomatoes, pieces of mozzarella and a few basil leaves.

Reserve fresh for at least 2 hours before serving well fresh!
