1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled (or ground beef)

½ cup diced ham (optional for extra meatiness)

Pepper (optional – some strict carnivores skip it)
Optional Add-ins:
2 tbsp cream cheese for richness
½ tsp garlic powder (if you’re not strict carnivore)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9-inch pie dish or any oven-safe dish with butter or beef tallow.
