🧀🥓 Carnivore Cheesy Bacon Dip

🧾 Ingredients:
- 
8 oz cream cheese, softened 
- 
1 cup sour cream (or full-fat Greek yogurt if tolerated) 
- 
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 
- 
6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 
- 
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 
- 
½ tsp garlic powder (optional) 
- 
½ tsp onion powder (optional) 
- 
Salt to taste 
- 
Optional: chopped cooked ground beef or sausage for extra meatiness (½ cup) 
🔪 Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Mix the Dip
In a large mixing bowl, combine:
- 
Cream cheese 
- 
Sour cream 
- 
Shredded cheddar 
- 
Most of the bacon (save a bit for topping) 
- 
Parmesan cheese 
- 
Optional spices (garlic/onion powder) 
Mix until fully combined. If you’re adding extra meat like sausage or ground beef, fold it in now.
Step 3: Bake
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish (8×8 works well).
Top with extra cheese and reserved bacon.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbling and golden on top.
Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a crispy, golden finish.
Step 4: Serve
Let cool slightly and serve warm with:

Pork rinds 
- 
Sliced cooked sausage 
- 
Carnivore “crackers” (cheese crisps) 
- 
Or just eat it straight with a spoon
