  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream (or full-fat Greek yogurt if tolerated)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional: chopped cooked ground beef or sausage for extra meatiness (½ cup)


🔪 Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2: Mix the Dip

In a large mixing bowl, combine:

  • Cream cheese

  • Sour cream

  • Shredded cheddar

  • Most of the bacon (save a bit for topping)

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Optional spices (garlic/onion powder)

Mix until fully combined. If you’re adding extra meat like sausage or ground beef, fold it in now.

Step 3: Bake

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish (8×8 works well).
Top with extra cheese and reserved bacon.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbling and golden on top.
Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a crispy, golden finish.

Step 4: Serve

Let cool slightly and serve warm with:

  • Pork rinds

  • Sliced cooked sausage

  • Carnivore “crackers” (cheese crisps)

  • Or just eat it straight with a spoon
